What you’ll be doing
You’ll support participants to improve their independence and participation in everyday life, including:

• Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) for NDIS planning
• Daily living skills – self-care, cooking, household tasks
• Home & equipment modifications for accessibility
• Fine & gross motor skills development
• Cognitive & sensory processing support

Your role in a nutshell

• Develop personalised, client-centred intervention plans
• Deliver therapy across homes, schools, and community settings
• Collaborate with families, allied health teams, and support coordinators
• Learn and grow through mentorship, peer support, and team-based training

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy, or Year 4 OT student
• AHPRA registration (or eligible) – registration costs may be covered
• Strong communication, empathy, and time management skills
• Passion for the disability sector and person-centred care
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and make a meaningful difference
