About the Role:

  • Join a supportive team specialising in paediatrics, working with clients aged 0-16
  • Conduct OT assessments and provide intervention to help clients achieve functional therapy goals
  • Manage a caseload with gradually increasing, realistic and achievable KPIs
  • Work with a varied caseload of NDIS clients, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and more
  • Tailor your caseload to your clinical interests, helping you grow in areas you're passionate about
  • Run group programs and provide parent-only coaching and education programs

The Support:

  • Weekly supervision from your team leader to guide and support you
  • Professional coaching from clinical specialists to help you grow your skills
  • Clinic-based role with occasional school visits if desired
  • Access to a Specialist Clinical Advisory Panel for complex case support
  • Administration support to manage appointment bookings and cancellations
  • In-house PD program and an individual allowance, plus 2 days of study leave
  • Induction program tailored to your level of experience, ensuring you have all the support you need

Team Culture:

  • Frequent social events including quarterly outings, regular team dinners, and more
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech Pathologists
  • Gain insight into other Allied Health disciplines through collaborative team meetings and regular professional development days

Requirements

  • Upcoming (early 2026) or current tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
