The Ballarat Yacht Club (Sharp Hospitality Pty Ltd) is looking for a full time Chef to join their team.
The successful applicant:
- Will have at least 2 years of experience as a chef
- Will have Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery
- Will have experience and knowledge of menu planning and costing
- Will have demonstrated ability to produce high quality dishes under pressure
- Will have demonstrated experience working in fast paced environments
- Will have the ability to work independently
- Will be able to lead and work as part of our team
- Will have experience with rostering
- Must be able to work on week-ends and Public Holidays as required
- Will be hard working, punctual and reliable
- Will be part of a roster across 7 days, covering breakfast, lunch and the occasional evening function.
