Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and inclusive speech pathologist? We are seeking TWO speech pathologists to join our team, providing adult speech pathology services in the Illawarra, NSW.

About the roles:

One role is for IMMEDIATE START. Second role to commence Jan/Feb 2026.

Full-time preferred, but part-time will be considered for the right applicant.

Fantastic diversity: includes inpatient and community rehabilitation, stuttering, voice, disability, and aged care.

Supported by experienced speech pathologists and Director. You will receive weekly supervision, monthly internal PD program, paid PD budget, and paid PD leave to attend external courses.

Excellent pay rate, negotiated to match your level of experience.

About the practice:

Wollongong Speech Pathology is an established private practice, operating locally in the Illawarra since 2014. Our mission is to help adults with communication and swallowing difficulties in our community to live their best lives.

The role will be based in our Unanderra clinic, as well as providing community-based services in the Illawarra region. Sites you may visit include client homes, private hospitals, residential aged care facilities, supported employment workplaces, day programs, and group homes. You will provide assessment, advice, education and therapy to clients, families, and staff. The successful applicant will have clients allocated based on clinical interest and experience.

Essential criteria:

Certified Practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia.

Current drivers licence and access to your own car.

Proven experience supporting adults with communication and swallowing difficulties.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, and ability to work autonomously.

High level of computer literacy.

Valid NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
