- Driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behaviour assessment: gather history, triggers, responses, sensory needs, communication preferences, etc.
- Analyse behaviour data and collaborate with clients, families, or support networks to understand patterns and needs.
- Design and develop personalised Positive Behaviour Support Plans, including proactive strategies and harm-minimisation where needed.
- Monitor, review, and adjust plans in response to progress or changing circumstances.
- Ensure strict compliance with NDIS regulations, especially for any restrictive practices.
- Record keeping, report writing, administrative tasks (tracking outcomes, progress notes)
What's on offer

- Flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home options
- Ongoing training & professional development support
- Employee Assistance Program & mental health support
- A collaborative, supportive, and values-driven team culture
