Roster: 7 & 7 - Pay Rate: $50 - $52.50 Casual - Temp to Perm Opportunity

About the Role

Belayr Resources is seeking an experienced Underground Nipper Operator to join our client’s underground mining crew. This position is being offered on a 7 & 7 roster with camp accommodation and meals provided. Starting as a 3-month temp assignment, the role offers a pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Support Jumbo Operators with heading setup and ground preparation

Assist with installation of bolts and mesh for ground stability

Transport and install ground support consumables

Help with basic equipment checks and maintenance

Record shift data accurately and report to the Shift Boss

Uphold strict safety standards and contribute to a strong team culture

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience as an Underground Nipper (supporting Jumbo operations highly regarded)

Physically fit with the ability to work in demanding environments

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Current “C” Class Australian Manual Driver’s Licence

Certs to work at heights and security clearance to handle explosives (or willingness to obtain)
