Something big is happening in Geraldton. 7-Eleven is opening its very first store in the region (late October to early November 2025), and we’re looking for a driven, people-focused leader to make it a local favourite from day one.
This is more than just a Store Manager role — it’s a rare opportunity to launch a brand-new store, build a high-performing team, and set the standard for what 7-Eleven looks like in Geraldton. And you won’t do it alone — we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Extensive Training:
Kick off your journey with a 5-week paid training program designed to give you the confidence, knowledge, and skills to hit the ground running. You’ll receive hands-on and online training, including your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, and gain real-world experience in store operations and leadership.
Dedicated Mentorship:
For your first 3 months, you’ll be supported by an experienced Store Manager mentor who will guide you through the launch, help you build your team, and ensure you have everything you need to thrive in your new role.
