Something big is happening in Geraldton. 7-Eleven is opening its very first store in the region (late October to early November 2025) — and we’re looking for a driven, people-focused leader to make it a local favourite from day one.

Launch and lead Geraldton’s very first 7-Eleven store
Recruit, coach, and develop an amazing team
Deliver outstanding customer experiences
Drive performance in safety, sales, and operations
Become the face of 7-Eleven in the local community
