Join a friendly, long-standing private practice in the Lower Blue Mountains ( Glenbrook). You’ll step into a supportive team of Speech Pathologists, with steady demand and the autonomy to shape your day.

Your caseload

• Diverse paediatric caseload ages 2-18 years with opportunities to tailor this to your interest area
• Speech sounds, literacy & language, with a little AAC
• Scope to lean into your interests and strengths

We’re open to

• New graduates who value structured supervision, and
• Experienced SPs seeking a calm, quality-over-quantity environment

What’s on offer

• Salary: $85,000–$120,000 commensurate with experience
• Support: Weekly mentoring, case conferences, funded PD, and access to your preferred assessments
• Balance: Realistic contact hours, protected admin/reporting time, and a slow build of caseload

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• All levels of experience are encouraged to apply
