What you’ll do

• Deliver evidence-based paediatric OT assessments and interventions
• Co-create functional goals with families and support networks
• Document progress, write clear reports, and contribute to case conferences
• Participate in weekly team meetings and complex-case discussions
• Partner with SPs and fellow OTs to optimise client outcomes

How you are supported:

• Supervision: weekly or fortnightly with a highly experienced OT
• PD & growth: $2,000 PD allowance + regular in-house sessions
• Structure: thoughtful workflow and gentle caseload ramp-up
• Culture: warm, inclusive team with social events and milestone celebrations

Salary & benefits

• $80,000–$115,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
• Flexible work: full-time or part-time, clinic-based with WFH options

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration (full or pending)
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• WWCC (or ability to obtain)
• All experience levels welcome - new graduates encouraged to apply
