What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through our OMF product range

• Listen to sleep needs and recommend tailored solutions whilst being well rewarded for meeting and exceeding targets

• Leverage in store and online tech to enhance the customer experience

• Build trust through transparency and product knowledge

• Develop, maintain, and evolve consumer retail spaces

• Follow up to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and 5-Star service from introduction to last mile
