About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead the team at our Morayfield store. As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales performance, developing your team, and creating a welcoming and well-presented retail environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service

Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff rostering, and general store cleanliness

Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets

Monitor store KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans

Recruit, train and develop staff to support their growth and the success of the store

Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Ensure the store is visually appealing and professionally presented

Manage stock levels and coordinate replenishment and stocktake activities

Resolve customer enquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Collaborate with our head office and other store managers on business initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a retail management role with a strong track record of meeting sales targets

Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyse and act on sales and stock data

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Experience in lighting or electrical retail is advantageous but not essential
