Moblack Hydraulics Pty Ltd is based in Milperra and have a position open as a CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our friendly team. We offer flexible hours and overtime if required. The position would entail the following:

Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials and orthographic drawings.
Take inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available, anticipated stock and placing orders.
Program CNC Lathes by entering instructions into computer commands, including zero and reference points.
Set up CNC Lathes by installing and adjusting jaw chucks, tools and attachments.
Calculating requirements
Load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position
Verifie settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on a daily basis
Supervising the machines.
Document time and actions specific to each job
Document actions by completing production and quality logs
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
