Are you passionate about outdoor work and making green spaces thrive? We're looking for a Casual Gardener to join our dynamic maintenance team. This role offers hands-on experience, training opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

Daily Preparation: Tool checks, vehicle loading, and reporting to team leader

On-Site Labour: Mowing, weeding, hedging, planting, mulching, spraying, litter collection

Equipment Support: Assist with checks and minor repairs

Training & HR: Participate in onboarding, inductions, and ongoing training

WHS Compliance: Attend toolbox meetings, report hazards/incidents & follow SOPs

Use of company apps: BrightHR, BrightSafe, WorkForce Time, SafetyCulture

PPE provided: Ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses

Physical fitness for outdoor manual labour

Professional and reliable

Experience & Qualifications:

Full working rights in Australia

Proven reliability and commitment

Valid Driver’s Licence

White Card

National Police Check

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (min. 3 doses)
