The Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Practice – Family Law to lead and grow our dedicated family law team. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality legal services, mentor and develop a growing team of family lawyers, and drive the strategic growth of the family law practice area.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with the autonomy to shape and expand a practice, backed by a supportive firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of family lawyers, paralegals, and support staff.

Manage and grow the family law division with a focus on quality, culture, and client outcomes.

Drive business development initiatives to expand the practice and strengthen referral networks.

Oversee complex parenting and property matters with strategic guidance and technical expertise.

Contribute to the firm’s overall leadership team and long-term strategy.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has 8+ years’ post-admission experience in family law (accredited specialists highly regarded).

Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Has a proven track record of managing complex matters and delivering client-focused outcomes.

Thrives in a collaborative environment, with commercial acumen and drive to grow a practice.

Is motivated to build a long-term career with a progressive, people-first firm.
