We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong communication skills to join a growing team as Data & Analytics Manager. This is a key role, working closely with the Leadership Team to drive better decisions across the business.

About the role

• Manage master data within the ERP, including customer pricing, supplier pricing, category management, product content, and inventory.
• Lead data migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.
• Support data accessibility for B2B website functionality.
• Design and implement a part number creation system at branch level.
• Oversee BI reporting across sales and inventory using Power BI, Phocus, Grow, or similar tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to share insights and provide recommendations that support business growth.
• Lead and develop a small data team, while collaborating closely with our ERP Manager, ERP Specialist, and Data & Pricing Manager.

About you

• Highly analytical and detail-focused, with a clear strategic mindset.
• A confident communicator able to influence leaders as well as engage non-technical stakeholders such as branch managers.
• Experienced with ERP systems (Epicor, D365, SAP, or similar), data governance, and business intelligence tools.
• Skilled in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and comfortable working across databases and data platforms.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a difference.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, but we are also open to someone earlier in their career who is ambitious and ready to step up.
