The Role

As an Associate Adviser, you will:

• Support senior advisers in proactively managing client affairs, including annual progress meetings, compliance, and portfolio reviews
• Prepare strategic advice documentation, financial modelling, and investment recommendations
• Manage client onboarding and maintain strong ongoing relationships
• Collaborate with advisers and external service providers to ensure seamless client outcomes
• Conduct analysis across cashflow, debt, gearing, superannuation, and investment structures

About You

• Degree qualified and meet current FASEA/education requirements (or on track to complete)
• Ideally have commenced or completed your Professional Year (PY), though not essential
• 3–5 years’ experience in paraplanning, client service, or in an associate role
• Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in strategy, investments, and wealth creation
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident with clients and stakeholders
• Motivated, proactive, and passionate about building a long-term career in advice
