Evolve Talent is currently seeking skilled Carpenters/Handymen in Queensland, catering to both experienced professionals looking to mentor the next generation and younger candidates eager to grow their skills and business acumen. This will be working on; insurance projects, residential improves, estate / property agencies - there will be a great variety of project work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry or handyman services
• Relevant trade qualifications preferred
• White card
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Own tools
• Car allowance or UTE can be supplied - if car allowance, will be supplied with a toll tag

You will be responsible for:

• Completing a variety of carpentry and handyman tasks to a high standard
• Mentoring younger apprentices or learning from experienced professionals
• Managing your own projects with potential for profit-sharing
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
