Bardon Trees is expanding and looking for a new crew member to join our tight-knit tree company based in Paddington, Brisbane. We are all about doing quality tree work, providing great customer service, having each other's back, and being a positive place to work.

No two days are the same, we have a mix of private and residential clients so the work is always an interesting mix of different work.

We are looking for a reliable second climber to come onboard as a Climbing Arborist (minimum Cert III or relative experience). You'll be working outdoors with a supportive, experienced crew that values teamwork, safety, and a good sense of humour. This year alongside our residential work, we've worked at Government House, culturally significant sites, private and public schools.

Some of the Preferred Skills you may have which are highly regarded as an Arborist:

Ideal applicant would be a competent climber who is capable of completing small removals and has good pruning cuts but still looking to learn on the job and gain more experience.

Certificate III Arboriculture (or your country/states variant)

Minimum 2 years experience.

EWP Ticket (although we mainly climb, not a deal breaker).

Clean Manual drivers’ license (unrestricted and valid).

Medium Rigid license (preferred but not essential as we have a dedicated truck driver).

Chainsaw, Mini Loader and Chipper Ticket.

Ego free and happy to work as a team.

Able to develop mateship with the crew through teamwork and collaboration.
