What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Arborists who share our passion for tree care. The ideal candidate will have experience in arboriculture, be a skilled climber, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with team members and clients, ensuring a high level of service.

Maintain impeccable safety standards in all work practices.

Conduct tree pruning, removals and other tree work tasks in a safe efficient manner from the ground, by climbing and/or with EWP(if EWP operator).

Complete required reporting accurately.

Training apprentices and newer employees

Conduct your work in accordance with Tree Fix policies and procedures, Australian Standards, and customer policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Arboriculture (or equivalent).

Proven experience in the arboriculture field with strong climbing and technical skills.

In-depth knowledge of tree health and species identification.

A commitment to maintaining a drug free lifestyle.

Valid car and MR license with a clean driving record.

EWP ticket (not essential)
