aluplast is a global leader in uPVC window and door systems, helping create homes that are safer, quieter, and more energy-efficient. Headquartered in Germany, we operate worldwide and are expanding rapidly in Australia. Our new, modern facility in Dandenong South is home to a growing lamination team with multiple lines and shifts. We’re looking for hands-on team members to join us.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of our production team, helping wrap uPVC window profiles with coloured foils using specialised lamination machines. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you from the ground up.

Your daily tasks will include:

Setting up the lamination line for different product runs

Adjusting rollers and tooling to meet precise specifications

Preparing foils, packaging materials, and stillages

Feeding uPVC profiles through the lamination machine

Packaging and storing finished profiles according to requirements

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

This is a full-time, permanent role. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us. Experience in painting, cabinetry, gluing, or wrapping materials is a bonus – but not essential.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have a good eye for detail and quality

Communicate clearly and work well in a team

Are reliable and have a good attendance record

Are physically fit and enjoy hands-on work

Are positive, accountable, and eager to learn
