About the Role

As a Production Process Worker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes are maintained. Working in a GMP-compliant facility, you will support production operations by performing assembly, packing, machine support, and housekeeping duties. You’ll follow all safety protocols, ensure cleanliness, and assist with product changeovers and documentation to ensure consistent, top-tier output.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general production tasks, including packing, palletising, product labeling, and assisting operators

Maintain GMP and OHS standards, including proper PPE use

Perform accurate documentation and record-keeping

Support changeovers and assist with end-of-line housekeeping duties

Operate safely and efficiently in a food production environment

Assist in managing waste processes and workplace cleanliness

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Adhere to break times, attendance, and shift handovers

Support continuous improvement, food safety, and environmental responsibilities

Flexibility a MUST

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and OHS standards

Basic understanding of SAP (or willingness to learn through training provided)

Good communication skills and the ability to follow procedures

Ability to lift up to 10kg and work in a physically active role

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene

Desirable Qualifications

Food Handlers Certificate (preferred)

First Aid Certificate (advantageous)

Previous SAP experience

Familiarity with palletising and packaging equipment
