As a Contracts Administrator, you will have:

• Tertiary qualification | Construction Management/QS
• Min 1-2 + years CA experience with a reputable company
• Project experience over $1m
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships

This builder will turnover $200m this financial year and deliver projects throughout QLD with the majority of these in SEQ.

Their ideal candidate will have experience delivering similar commercial projects as a Contracts Administrator, and you will have the ability to write your own scopes, and communication will be a major strength of yours. They have a great reputation in the industry as they have consistently built strong relationships with subbies, consultants, and clients.
