The Role
As a Provisional Psychologist, you will:
Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and vocational intervention to job seekers.
Facilitate structured group programs (resume building, interview skills, goal setting, confidence building).
Run onsite clinics offering tailored, practical interventions for individuals and groups (teens to older adults).
Support wellbeing, resilience, and independence through positive therapeutic strategies.
Work collaboratively with Employment Service providers, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Provisional registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and return to meaningful work.
Willingness to travel locally to deliver services.
