About The Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Psychologist to join our expanding team, covering a maternity leave position. You will support children aged 2-16 to achieve their goals.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

Meeting with parents or caregivers to conduct initial consultations.

Liaising with parents or caregivers to establish child and family-centred goals.

Designing strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming therapy programs to support children to achieve their goals.

Liaising with other professionals that are involved in the child's care.

Providing therapy support in the child's natural environment.

Conducting standardised assessments.

Developing resources for therapy and home programs.

We have full time or part time positions available. The role can be based in our Moonee Ponds or Caroline Springs clinics.

About You

As our newest Psychologist, you will have a passion for paediatrics and a caring and empathetic approach to your work. You will have:

A love for working with children

Interest in providing neurodiversity affirming services

Experience working in a paediatric role

Minimum of 6 months paediatric experience required

Masters of Psychology or equivalent

AHPRA registration

Either provisional or general AHPRA registration is acceptable

Drivers license and reliable vehicle or novated leasing option

Working with Children Check and National Police Check
