We are seeking a Resident Experience & Communications Advisor to join our Head Office team. This is a pivotal role, blending resident engagement, communications, and public relations to strengthen our reputation, enhance the resident experience, and build meaningful connections with the community.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies that promote a clear understanding and favourable view of Residency by Dillons.
Act as the primary contact at Head Office for resident and family feedback, concerns, and complaints.
Coordinate publicity campaigns, media releases, and social media communications.
Advise executives on public relations implications of policies, programs, and practices.
Represent Residency by Dillons at industry events, expos, and community functions.
Some travel may be required.
Undertake and analyse resident feedback and satisfaction surveys to inform continuous improvement.
Prepare Board papers, minutes, and ensure Directors have the information required to fulfil their governance duties.
About You:
To be successful, you will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, PR, Community Services, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
Demonstrated ability in complaints handling or conflict resolution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
A genuine commitment to resident-centred care, continuous improvement, and building trust with stakeholders.
Willing to obtain and maintain a valid National Police Clearance Certificate or NDIS Clearance.
