This Western Sydney, Food Processing facility opportunity is for all skilled, energetic, Maintenance Fitters looking for Days, Afternoons and Night shifts. A genuine, family-run, team-driven environment which encourages continuous improvement ideas, and high achievers.

- Base rate: $50-57 per hour + super
- Overtime: 150%, 200% on weekends
- Day shift: 5 or 6am start, 12-hour shift Mon-Thurs, or 10-hour shift Mon-Fri
- Afternoon Shift: starts at 2pm , 10-hour shift Mon-Fri
- Night Shift: starts at 11pm or 12 midnight, for 10-12 hour shifts

What You Will Be Doing
Working alongside a team of Electricians, Fitters, Supervisors, Production, CI Manager and Engineering Manager;

• Electro-Mechanical production machinery breakdowns and shutdowns, planned preventative maintenance tasks and systems overhauls within a fast-paced, food production facility
• PLC controlled food processing machinery, high-speed packaging, Robotics, Conveyors, etc
• Participate and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and some projects

Your expertise required to succeed here

• Mechanical trade qualification
• A strong mechanical background in a FMCG environment would suit this role, preferably with some welding, fabrication and general manufacturing know-how
• A must is smart troubleshooting, fault-finding maintenance experience of Industrial Electro-Mechanical equipment
• High energy, with a continuous improvement and safety mindset
