Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor – Commercial & Industrial Project

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our workforce and lead the Promech Group Installation team at the Visy Glass Site in Yalata.

If you’re someone who can manage a large team, drive performance, and deliver quality results on commercial and industrial sites – we want to hear from you.

The Role

Oversee day-to-day site operations

Lead and mentor a team of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards

Coordinate with project managers and builders

Manage compliance, WHS requirements, and job reporting

About You

Qualified Electrician with solid experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work

Proven track record in a Foreman / Site Supervisor or similar leadership role

Strong team management and people leadership skills – you get the best out of your crew

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail with a proactive attitude

Current Electrical Licence, White Card, and driver’s licence essential
