Electrical Draftsperson

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsperson to join our team, supporting the preparation of electrical drawings and documentation across a range of deliverables.

About the Role

Location: [Insert location or remote/hybrid if flexible]

Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week

Start: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update AutoCAD / Revit / AutoCAD Electrical models and drawings

Produce schematics, single-line diagrams, GA layouts, cable schedules, and as-built updates

Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

Deliver high-quality drafting support from concept through to construction documentation

Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical drafting

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and/or Revit MEP

Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical documentation

Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment

Excellent attention to detail and compliance with CAD standards

Position Details

Option 1: Draftsperson using client-provided software

Option 2: Draftsperson using ADD-provided software licence/workstation

Employment type: Full-time

Rate: Competitive hourly rates + GST, dependent on software option
