A career-defining transformation.
This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of one of Australia’s fastest-growing providers in the aged care and disability services sector.
With over 3,500 staff and 80+ sites, the organisation supports thousands of Australians every day across home, community, and clinical settings. As demand grows, the need for scalable, integrated systems has never been greater.
To meet this challenge, the business is undertaking a multi-million-dollar transformation, replacing fragmented legacy systems with modern, enterprise-grade platforms. This will unlock new levels of efficiency, compliance, visibility, and service quality across aged care, disability, and broader human services delivery.
The Technology Business Partner – Operations role sits at the heart of this journey. Reporting to the GM Service Delivery (not IT), you’ll act as the vital bridge between operational teams and technology functions. Your brief: ensure systems enable the operating model, empower staff, and ultimately improve client outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Be the operational voice in technology decisions, ensuring solutions drive compliance, efficiency, and quality of care.
- Partner with IT, vendors, and project teams to support requirements, UAT, rollout sequencing, training material development, and hypercare.
- Act as the go-to leader for operational systems, ensuring adoption, usability, and continuous improvement.
- Capture feedback from frontline care and support staff, prioritise enhancements, and influence vendor roadmaps.
- Champion process optimisation and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and data-driven insights.
- Coach leaders and managers to embed system changes across diverse stakeholders, including franchise owners, clinical teams, and corporate staff.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years’ experience in business systems ownership, process optimisation, or business partnering roles.
- Background in aged care, disability, or human services is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting major SaaS or CMS/CRM/ERP adoption projects.
- Strong business analysis skills: able to map processes, unpack problems, and define workable solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills: credible with executives, trusted by operations, collaborative with IT and vendors.
- A hands-on, pragmatic, and empathetic approach - able to influence without authority.
- Change management or BA certifications (e.g. Prosci, BABOK) desirable.
Why this matters – and what’s in it for you
You’ll:
- Shape how thousands of staff deliver critical services across 80+ sites.
- Influence at every level, from executive leaders to franchise owners to frontline support workers.
- Ensure technology empowers, rather than constrains, client care and service delivery.
- Be at the centre of a sector-wide transformation that improves compliance, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
- Join at the perfect moment: the program is funded, supported, and underway - but you’ll still shape outcomes and make your mark.
