We are seeking a qualified carpenter with broad building knowledge who can step into a leading hand position. You’ll be responsible for:

Hands-on carpentry across residential builds, renovations, and fit-outs.

Supervising and coordinating a small team on-site.

Reading and interpreting plans, ensuring projects meet quality and compliance standards.

Liaising with clients, trades, and suppliers.

Assisting with scheduling and site organisation.

Upholding safety standards and company values.

Requirements

To be successful, you’ll need:

Certificate III in Carpentry (qualified carpenter).

General building knowledge (residential construction experience).

Proven site experience with leadership or mentoring ability.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Current driver’s licence.

White Card.

Own tools (preferred).
