🛠️ Tradesman Carpenter – New Home Construction & Renovation

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Tradesman Carpenter to join our team, working primarily across new residential builds in Sydney. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting the job done right the first time.

🔨 About the Role

You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across the construction lifecycle, including:

• Eaves installation and external detailing

• Cladding systems – both traditional and modern finishes

• Framing – wall, roof, and structural timber work

• Fixout – doors, skirtings, architraves, cabinetry prep

While most of our work is new home construction, we also take on renovation and maintenance projects, so adaptability and a good eye for detail are key.

👷‍♂️ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a qualified carpenter

• Strong understanding of residential construction standards

• Ability to read and interpret plans

• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license

• Own tools and reliable transport

• Positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality
