JMS Hospitality is a passionate Melbourne Hospitality Group showcasing 8 boutique venues. We are looking for someone who is seeking a new challenge in their hospitality career and is ready to take on the role of Assistant Manager at The Chase Hotel.

The Chase Hotel is a premium entertainment venue located in Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre, comprising of a Sports Bar, TAB, Bistro and Gaming Room.

An exciting opportunity presents for someone who has previous experience either in the Hotel or Club sector, we are looking for a self-motivated, customer focused Manager to lead our friendly team of staff.

The successful applicant will have:

Previous Supervisor experience in the Hospitality sector

Hands-on experience with Gaming operations

A good understanding of System One & Tito

A strong customer service focus & a passion for the industry

A positive & friendly personality with both the clientele & team they lead

Excellent communication skills & the ability to liaise well with clientele, colleagues & Senior Management

Strong organisational skills

Hands on approach to all facets of the business

RSA/RSG & TAB Certificates with a current VIC Gaming License

The Role:

Assisting the venue manager in managing the day to day operations of the venue

Overseeing the management of staff through education and training as required

Ensuring the maintenance of our exceptional venue standards in relation to compliance, cleanliness and presentation

Managing inventory and stock ordering as required
