The Role
We’re seeking a reliable and detail oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our Brendale Distribution Centre on a casual basis.
In this role, you’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure stock accuracy, smooth warehouse operations, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll also play a key part in specialised kit manufacturing and re-work tasks to ensure our customers receive the right products on time.
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
What You’ll Do
Complete stocktaking and cycle counts accurately and efficiently.
Investigate and resolve missing stock or discrepancies.
Carry out quality control checks and re-work tasks.
Accurately complete manufacturing work orders.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, wave machines, and pallet wrappers (training provided where required).
Use Warehouse Management System (ASW) and Microsoft Office for inventory control.
Allocate new SKUs to optimal warehouse locations to avoid delays.
Promote and practice safe work behaviours, reporting hazards and incidents promptly.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role (essential).
Knowledge and experience in inventory control.
Certificate III in Warehousing & Logistics (or relevant experience).
Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer skills (including WMS/ASW & Microsoft Office).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to be hands-on, learn new skills, and adapt to change.
