Your Impact
As Senior Commercial Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping Medacta’s commercial strategy and ensuring our success in a highly competitive, regulated healthcare market. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be the link between data, strategy, and execution across pricing, inventory, and contracts. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, operational efficiency, and compliance, making this a pivotal role in supporting Medacta’s mission to deliver world-class orthopaedic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Loan set management
Receive, pack, label and dispatch surgical loan sets, including courier bookings and liaising with the Sales Team on surgical requirements.
Receive and check returned loan sets from hospitals, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing.
Scan and enter loan sets into the system to maintain full traceability.
Instrumentation and inventory
Inspect and handle instrumentation in line with quality standards.
Replenish and track inventory in the ERP system and participate in stock counts.
Organise and maintain the stockroom to support timely and efficient inventory movements.
Collaboration and flexibility
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth operations.
Assist in other areas of the warehouse as required.
Be available for overtime, weekend work and on-call support during busy periods.
About You
Education and technical skills
Warehousing or Loan Kit Experience within the medical device industry
Picking & Packing experience
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Personal skills
Process-driven, ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail
Good communication skills and collaboration
Able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment
Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
