About The Role

As Assistant Manager, you are critical to the success of the club as you share responsibility of driving membership sales and building club culture!

You have a direct effect on the club growth and club income—a huge responsibility; are you up for it?

Key responsibilities will include:

Member retention

Conducting Sales Consultations and tours

Promote the club brand and image within the local community.

Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals.

Meet and greet potential and existing members and provide an excellent customer service experience

Create a vibrant, fun & positive club culture

Maintaining and promoting Anytime Fitness through social media platforms

Maintain cleanliness standards of the club

Ensure Anytime Fitness processes and guidelines are followed at all times.

Essential Criteria:

Fitness Industry experience with a passion for health and wellness

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Target driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets

A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude with the desire to continuously improve

Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast paced environment

Ability to learn and follow new systems & processes

Be well presented, professional and punctual

A friendly personality and likeable disposition where talking to people comes naturally

A desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club
