About the Role

This role is temporary 12 months.
This role is all about providing support and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors via phone, email or face to face, making sure they feel welcomed and looked after, while also assisting our team with day-to-day coordination and communication.

We're looking for someone organised, approachable, and proactive, who enjoys working with people and supporting a team. If you have strong communication skills, like to stay on top of the details, and enjoy collaborating to get things done, you'll be a great fit for this role. .

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care.

Manage customer service, including incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.

Provide support to the sales and service teams with customer communications.

Coordinate appointment scheduling and customer service follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and assist with supplier coordination.

Assist with invoice and accounts administration.

Assist with internal events, team logistics, and day-to-day office tasks

Assist with administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised.

Customer service or reception experience preferred.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Ticketing system experience preferred

A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Professional and well presented

1-2 years of customer service or reception experience in a professional environment

Availability to work standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm)
