About the role

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our household on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone available one day a week 8-4 on a permanent part time basis. The position is starting Jan 2026 due to retirement of our current housekeeper. We have a cleaner one day a week already but need someone who feels they can be passionate about running the day to day requirements of a household. We are flexible with hours and days.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly maintaining rooms, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

Changing linens, making beds, and restocking foods, bathrooms and bedrooms

Washing dishes and kitchen utensils

Using the dishwasher

Managing laundry and linen management

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment

Assisting with pet care requirements

Basic shopping for staples which would involve petty cash mangement also

Organising trades such as pool maintenance and gardening

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service oriented approach
