The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a spotless and well-organised residence, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, and providing various housekeeping and ad hoc services as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties

Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and dining rooms.

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing of floors, furniture, and surfaces.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.

Regularly clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are spotless.

Empty bins and manage waste disposal efficiently.

Laundry

Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of clothes and linens.

Household Organisation

Maintain an organised and clutter-free environment in all areas of the home.

Manage inventory of cleaning products and other essentials and inform Homeowner of items requiring restock

Commercial Office Clean

Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance of 2 nearby office spaces.

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing of floors, furniture, and surfaces.

Regularly clean and disinfect bathroom, ensuring all fixtures are spotless.

Empty bins and manage waste disposal efficiently.

Security and Confidentiality:

Ensure the residence is secure at all times, including locking doors and windows when leaving.

Maintain the highest level of discretion and trustworthiness

Work Monday to Friday only as per the weekly schedule.

Commit to working 5-10 hours per week across all duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Cleaner/Housekeeper – preferable for a private residence.

Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles.

Fluent English as a first language.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Ability to handle laundry tasks with care and precision.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Discretion and trustworthiness.

Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia. (No working / holiday visa applicants will be considered.

Have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check
