Working in our beautiful, peaceful venue, you'll help create the perfect atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for during their important moments.

What You'll Be Doing

Transform spaces into magical settings by setting up function rooms with tables, chairs, linen, and styling elements that perfectly match each event's unique vision

Connect with guests by delivering warm, attentive service that makes everyone feel like a VIP at their special celebration

Serve food and beverages with flair while confidently handling POS systems and processing payments accurately

Maintain our beautiful venue ensuring every space sparkles with cleanliness and premium presentation

Support the team with stock management and inventory tasks that keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

Current RSA certificate (must have)

Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

What makes you perfect for this role:

Previous food & beverage experience in restaurants, cafes, or function venues

Preference given to candidates with 6-12 months food & beverage experience, though exceptional candidates with strong potential may be considered

Natural warmth and excellent communication skills

Professional presentation and genuine care for customer service

Physical fitness for active work (comfortable lifting equipment, carrying supplies, and being on your feet)

Eagle-eye attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional experiences

Team player who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment
