The Attendant contributes directly to the Club's reputation by consistently providing high-quality service, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting a positive member and guest experience. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork.

A minimum of 1+ years of hospitality experience is required for delivering exceptional hospitality services.

Operating under the supervision of the Duty Manager, the Attendant works collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with regulatory requirements (including RSA and RCG), and adherence to workplace health and safety standards.

RSA and RCG certifications are required before commencing employment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Valid Australian work rights are required for this position.

This casual position offers all shift patterns including days, evenings, and weekends.
