Your Responsibilities:

Provide premium garden maintenance services: Hedging, topiary, weeding, lawn care, planting, applying fertilisers, mulching, high pressure cleaning and more.

Identify plant health issues & appropriate treatments: Apply herbicides, pesticides, insecticides as required

Manage jobs & priorities: Some jobs will be yours to run solo, some you will lead a small team.

Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.

Deliver unparalleled quality work: Uphold our reputation and meet our clients' high standards.

Who We're Looking For:

You're Experienced: You have 5+ years experience in gardening or horticulture and ideally have a relevant certificate III qualification or higher.

You're a Hedging Ninja and Lawn Care Legend: You're not just experienced, you could do these tasks in your sleep!

You're Fit: You can handle the physical demands of garden maintenance across varying weather conditions.

You're a Hard Worker: You have a verifiable history of excellent productivity in your previous jobs.

You Can Drive: You have a valid Class C driver's license, have a decent driving record and ideally can drive a manual vehicle.

You're an Independent Leader: You’re confident working without close supervision and can take ownership of a job from start to finish whether it be going solo or managing a team.

You're Better Than The Rest: You have a White Card, Chemical Application Certificate, First Aid Certificate OR you're willing to upskill.
