Endless Care is looking for passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers with a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) background to join our dedicated team in Watsonia North.

🕒 Shifts Available:

We offer a range of shifts across 7 days a week, including:

8:00am – 1:00pm

1:00pm – 8:00pm

2.5 hour shifts (2:1 Support):
8:00am – 10:30am and 5:00pm – 7:30pm
(Must be willing to do some of these shorter shifts or solely these if preferred.)

Longer shifts are available, but we require flexibility to assist with some 2.5-hour 2:1 shifts.

🧼 Your Role Includes:

Personal care

Hoisting and manual handling (2:1 support)

Household tasks and light cleaning

Meal preparation

Community access (e.g., attending medical appointments)

💡 What We’re Looking For:

Must have an RN or EN qualification

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

First Aid & CPR

Reliable, caring, and proactive attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills
