Terry’s Pizza has been serving Gunnedah for 42 years and built a loyal local following. We’re known for fresh ingredients, generous toppings, and quality that keeps people coming back week after week.

Now, we’re looking for the right person to join us in the next phase of our journey.

Ideally, that’s an experienced pizza chef ready to take the next big step – not just leading our kitchen, but becoming a key part of Terry’s future.

But we’re also open to the right fit: someone with strong restaurant management skills, or even a younger, less experienced person with big potential and ambition to succeed.

This is a rare opportunity to step into part equity/ownership, shape the direction of a well-established regional brand, and run your own kitchen without the risks of starting from scratch.

You’ll need:

Proven experience running or leading a pizza kitchen or transferable leadership/management experience

Strong dough knowledge (preferred, but we’ll back the right person to grow into it)
