Centrepoint Motel Dubbo is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Casual Front Office Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily for Friday and Saturday shifts, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with flexibility to cover other days if required. You’ll be the welcoming face of our motel, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and professional experience.

Key Duties

Welcome, check-in/out guests, issue keys, and process payments.

Compute all Guest’s billings, accurately post charges to Guest’s rooms and receipt payments appropriately.

Manage bookings, reservations, and confirmations (phone/online).

Answer enquiries, provide local information, and handle guest requests.

Liaise with housekeeping/maintenance and maintain accurate records.

Complete banking, reports, and general reception duties.

Support housekeeping with linen, pool checks, and basic cleaning as required.

Be available for on-call support to respond to urgent after-hours requests.

Complete miscellaneous duties that may be required by Management from time to time.

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Professional presentation and positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.

Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Hospitality or reception experience (preferred).

Familiarity with booking/payment systems and MS Office (advantage).

Desirable

Certificate in Hospitality or equivalent.

Experience in guest/customer relations.

Confident with Satin application (preferred).
