Mercure Sydney is on the lookout for a Full-Time Front Office All-Rounder to become part of our energetic and welcoming team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding, personalised, and engaging service to make every guest feel at home.
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs and maintaining accounts through our PMS, Opera.
Responding to guest enquiries with a positive and solution-focused approach.
Collaborating daily with departments like food & beverage and housekeeping to coordinate guest needs, requests, and experiences
Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage
Respond to guest requests and queries
Provide a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
Ensuring workstations and hotel lobby remain clean and presentable
Qualifications:
Experience working in Front Office advantageous
A warm and friendly demeanor and able to make genuine connections with our guests
Be able to multi-task and effectively communicate with guests
Have attention to details and ability to work in fast-paced environment
Have excellent grooming and pride in presenting yourself well
Be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends
