We’re partnering with a well-known FMCG organisation that’s on an exciting transformation journey and looking for a Technology Projects Coordinator to join their team.

A newly created position, this is not a purely hands-on technical role instead; it’s about providing structure and oversight across a variety of initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Finance team, vendors, and a small IT team of three to deliver projects including finance systems, infrastructure upgrades, and digital initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating and supporting IT and business projects across finance, infrastructure, and digital;
• Assisting with business analysis: gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and tracking outcomes;
• Acting as a key link between Finance, IT, and external vendors;
• Providing project governance, reporting, and administration to ensure deadlines are met; and
• Supporting a collaborative IT team to deliver effective solutions for the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience coordinating or supporting IT/business projects;
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills;
