The Role
They're seeking a Customer Coordinator to join a busy operations team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an onsite role where you'll be the vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth scheduling, administration, and customer service processes.
- Managing inbound and outbound phone communications with confidence and professionalism
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating workflows efficiently to meet KPIs around process turnaround times
- Handling various admin tasks including quotes, contracts and data entry
- Using Google Suite, Zendesk, and internal systems to support daily operations (full training provided)
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
Your Profile
- A personable and switched-on individual who thrives in a phone-based role
- Friendly, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently under KPIs focused on responsiveness and process turnaround
- No formal qualifications required - your attitude and ability to engage on the phone are what matter most!
