We have an exciting permanent part-time position, where you will be at the forefront of our Customer Experience.
Working with Global Footwear Brands - Florsheim Shoes and Bogs Footwear, we have the opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate customer service specialist to join the eCommerce team at Florsheim Australia.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
End-to-end customer service management; inquiries via phone, email & social channels
Manage and process online orders via store fulfillment.
Administer all customer service inquiries in a timely manner, this includes websites & marketplaces.
Liaise with Florsheim Retail stores daily to fulfill online orders.
Data entry to support business administration as required.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
experienced Customer Service skills, ideally in a retail environment.
excellent telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
ability to work autonomously, with the support of a team.
skills and experience to manage customer complaints to a positive resolution in a timely manner.
ability to take initiative.
a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment.
intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

n 1892, Milton Florsheim began producing shoes in a small factory located in Chicago, Illinois. The first pairs of Florsheim shoes made by Milton and his father, Sigmund, were a remarkable combination of style, comfort and high quality workmanship.
