The Position
Key responsibilities for a Property Manager will include:

• Manage a portfolio of properties - 140 properties with plenty of support - Leasing , Admin, Assistant PM
• Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
• Repairs and maintenance requests
• Rental reviews and coordinate lease renewals
• Maintain and minimize arrears within your portfolio

The Person
Ideal candidate for the role will have:

• Solid track record in and passion for property management – experienced professionals
• ACT Certificate of Registration, reliable vehicle, valid ACT drivers license
• Details orientated individual, natural problem solver, goes over and above!
• Loves working within a team/autonomously, collaboration within this business is celebrated
